I encountered a significant issue during check-in. The receptionist, Jana, was unhelpful and rude when I attempted to redeem a breakfast discount I'd previously confirmed via email. This negative interaction put a damper on my stay. Despite this, the hotel's peaceful atmosphere and excellent dining made for a pleasant experience overall.

The staff were super friendly, especially Celine at reception who sorted our little hiccup in no time. The pool area was a jol for the kids—nice warm water for swimming and they loved it! Oh, and brekkie was lekker with a solid variety to keep everyone happy.

Had a bit of a hassle when the kettle in the room was broken, took ages to get someone to fix it.

Wow, this place was amazing! The kids loved the pool area, it was always warm and fun. The staff were super friendly, especially the lovely lady in the kids zone who kept our little ones entertained! Breakfast was a treat with fresh fruits galore. Just wished the Wi-Fi could’ve been a bit faster but overall, we really enjoyed it!

the place is very nice, clean and family friendly. the beds are super comfy, and the staff are nice, especially mr ahmed al toobi. we had a great time by the pool, relaxing and enjoying the vibe. there are so many places to eat nearby, we loved it! overall, i'm glad we chose to stay here.
